We invite participation from all persons interested in Perioperative Nursing.

Please note that all persons intending to attend the Conference must register including Speakers, Chairpersons, Delegates, Accompanying Persons, Exhibitors and Sponsors.

Exhibitors will receive a link to a specific 'online' form in order to register exhibition staff.

Appropriate identification must be provided to qualify for a concessional rate. To be entitled to the early registration fee you must have registered and paid by 31 August 2011.

PNAQ Membership

For those who are not yet members of PNAQ Inc please note that we are offering an $88.00 membership fee to all non-PNAQ Inc members who join the Association at the time of registering for the Conference. When registering for the conference simply tick the $88.00 box and you will automatically be forwarded for approval to become a member of PNAQ until 1 April 2012 with all of its associated privileges including:

Conference Dinner

If you would like to attend this ticketed event on Friday, 30 September the cost will only be $85.00 for delegates and $110.00 for additional tickets. Please note the Conference Dinner is not included in the Full Registration Fee for Delegates.

Payment Of Fees

NOTE:  Registrations will not be processed or confirmed until payment in full is received.

Payment may be made by cheque or credit card. MasterCard, Visa, Diners and American Express are the credit cards accepted at the Conference.  Please note all transactions by credit card will appear on your statement as payment to conference by arinex.

Cheques should be made payable to PNAQ 2011.  Your name and full address should be typed or printed clearly on the back of the cheque.  Cheque payments from overseas must be a bank cheque in Australian Dollars drawn on an Australian Bank. No other currency will be accepted

You may not pay your fees by direct transfer.

Acknowledgements

Your registration and payment will be acknowledged via email or post with confirmation of your requirements according to your registration form.  Your registration will not be processed or confirmed if payment does not accompany your form.

Your letter of acknowledgment will include any further advice necessary prior to your arrival at the Conference.  At the Conference you will receive the final program. Other information shall be posted on the Conference website as it comes to hand.

Cancellation And Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Conference Managers.

Registration Fees:

  • Before 29 July 2011 will occur an A$100.00 administration fee.
  • Before 19 August 2011 will receive a 50% refund of fees paid.
  • After 19 August 2011 there will be no refund.

  • Payments are non-refundable at 19 August 2011

Entrance To Conference

Each member of the Conference will receive a name badge on registration.  The badge will be your official pass and must be clearly visible at all times to obtain entry to all sessions and to the welcome reception.  The Conference Managers expect appropriate behavior from attendees and reserves the right to revoke the badge and privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.

Private Functions

It is requested that you advise the Conference Managers of any private /corporate functions that might be planned outside of the official program. The Conference Managers would be pleased to assist with arrangements for any of these events.
